This condo is a charming mountain escape for any group looking for an ideal location with a unique feel. The colorful furniture and decor add a vibrancy to the home, which you are sure to appreciate as you watch a movie on the flatscreen TV or prepare a home-cooked meal in the full, well-equipped kitchen. A gas fireplace keeps the home feeling nice and cozy, and you can breathe in the fresh mountain air while relaxing out on the furnished balcony and taking in the forest views.

No matter the time of year, there's always something to do close by in Incline Village. Walk to the city center for delicious restaurants as well as fun and unique shops. Only a mile away is the Championship Golf Course where you can spend sunny days out on the greens. Summertime is ideal for boating, swimming, or sunbathing at Incline Beach, just a little over a mile away. In the winter, load up your skis and make the brief three-mile drive to Diamond Peak Ski Resort for fantastic snowy terrain. The surrounding mountains are also crisscrossed with a number of scenic hiking trails!

Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
