The hotel sent detailed information about getting to the hotel. The checkin was friendly and efficient. The room was great, comfortable and clean. There was a large, well designed shower. Room service was delivered by a robot and arrived timely and hot. The room service food options were limited but. delicious. A full dining room buffet was also available. A small grocery/convenience store in the hotel was very convenient. Limo bus service was timely on the published schedule and readily available.

For a traveller hotel near the airport it should have air conditioning. November and they have the heat on to 27 C. Resolution was to provide a fan. Further Hotel was prepaid through hotels and they took a pre approval on credit card for incidentals. All good. Until they charged my card again for the room service at check out. Wait! Didn’t I already authorize these incidental charges? Yes but we do it this way. Place is like putting lipstick on a pig. Nice enough but they are definitely trying to make it something that it is not.
