The house
Apartment / attic in a condominium, in a typical house of the ancient Borgo Foce of about 70 m² with a surprising sea view also from a roof terrace sheltered from the wind, noise and prying eyes, usable for relaxing, sunbathing in peace and eat outside on sunny days.
Ideal for its temperate climate in summer and mild in winter with more than 3000 hours of sunshine per year. Ideal if you are looking for a holiday with the pleasure of reaching the beaches in costume and pareo on foot and to taste typical food in the many outdoor restaurants on the sea.
Room layout: entrance into the living room with a sofa bed for one and a half and 2 extendable armchairs, exit to the roof terrace. From the living room directly in the first bedroom, single with another pull-out that can be combined and, through an internal staircase, in the bedroom with double bed and dormer window with sea view. Great view and location.
The property is nice, we stayed for two weeks and all went well. The view from the apartment is great. The location is also great. On the seafront it was good to be able to take a daily walk down to the coast to the marina. The apartment is close to many beaches. The balcony has the sun all day so good for sitting out. The apartment had all facilities we needed.

In einer Nebenstrasse direkt am kleinem Hafen mit Restaurants, Bar und Eisdiele. Da hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben es zwar gewusst, aber die 30 Stufen zur Wohnung und eine Klimaanlage, die nicht richtig funktioniert bei etwas über 30°C, war dann und wann eine Herausforderung. Insgesamt war es aber Klasse.

Super Aufenthalt!
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Zu Fuß konnte man hier alles erreichen: Sand/Steinstrand ganz nah ideal zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln.Toller Sandstrand zu Fuß in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in ca. 5 min erreichbar. Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgerber, gibt viele Informationen und Tipps und hilft schnellstmöglich bei Problemen. Die Ferienwohnung war ideal für uns und der Blick von dem Balkon traumhaft schön. Lohnenswert ist eine Fahrradtour nach Sanremo und eine Whalewatching Tour.

Wir haben eine wunderbare in Imperia verbracht. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, nah am Strand und dennoch ruhig und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist einmalig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

wundervoller Urlaub
Wir haben zwei Wochen im Sommer in Imperia Urlaub gemacht und es war toll. Die Wohnung liegt so klasse, dass man das Auto grundsätzlich nicht braucht, sei denn man möchte die weitläufigere Umgebung erkunden, was bei der angespannten Parkplatzsituation sehr hilfreich ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tolle Gaststätten, Hafen, Innenstadt, Sand-, Kiesel- oder Steinstrand fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern ausreichend Platz, wir haben nicht viel gekocht, aber wenn war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Wir konnten sogar schon Mittag in die Wohnung, mit dem Vermieter hat es super geklappt, er war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Vielen Dank.

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, perfekt gelegen.
Die Wohnung liegt so günstig keine 50 m vom Meer und Bademöglichkeiten entfernt, dass man während des Aufenthalts kein Auto benötigt. Das ist bei den knappen Parkplätzen super. Die Innenstadt, Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurants sind alle fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub genau das richtige!
