Very quiet and harmonic still being very closed to the road, nature in the garden full visible, birds singing in the morning, fitness center, tennis court, swimming and relaxing pool. No bottle of water in the room. Got some ideas how to change the interiors a bit and maintain the paintwork on the outside/rear. "
