Öncelikle, "Ilgaz Doruk" otelde daha önce konaklayan biri olarak arama sonuçlarında "Ilgaz Doruk" ismiyle çıkan bu otelin o otel olmadığı belirteyim. Konaklamamızdan önce otelle yaptığım görüşmelerde otelin adının değiştiği belirtildi. İkisinin farklı, birbiriyle alakasız ve birbirinden son derece alakasız yerlerde bulunan oteller olduklarını otele varmaya 5-10 km kala, yetkililerden konum bilgisi almaya çalışırken öğrendik. İki tarafla yaptığımız görüşmeler sonucunda maalesef transfer işlemi de gerçekleştirmediler.
Değerlendirmeye gelecek olursam;
- Odalar temiz, kullanışlı ve gayet sıcak.
- Yemekler lezzetli.
- Personel saygılı, yardımcı ve güler yüzlü.
- Otelin kendine ait kayak pist yok. 500 mt. kadar yürüyerek, arabanızla ya da ücretsiz shuttle hizmetinden faydalanarak ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Gittiğiniz yerde teleferik de mevcut.
- Canlı müzik yayını geç saatlere kadar devam ediyor. O bittikten sonra da ateş başında eğlenenler için yine gayet yüksek sesli kayıttan müzik başlıyor. Yorgunsanız ve hele ki çocukluysanız son derece rahatsız edici oluyor. Kapatmalarını rica ettiğinizde sesini kısıyorlar ama gece saat 12'ye kadar beklemeniz isteniyor.
- Otelin önünde sıklıkla yanmakta olan ateşin is kokusu odanın içine doluyor.
- Otelde ve kayak pistinde telefonlar asla çekmiyor. Otelin kablosuz internet bağlantısı ise çalışmıyor.
