Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It’s a 3 star but with 3rd class facilities and services Mwana high say they don’t know anything about online booking and everything is poor. I ended up looking for best services and facilities only at Hotel Continental that’s the only place I enjoyed staying
