Check in took a long time. I think that was due to understaffing. The hotel was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.Definitely no frills, but that's what I wanted.

The rooms here have a full refrigerator and kitchenette, so great if you are staying for a longer time. It was very clean, comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a quick drive to stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again

My Hotel in Idaho Falls
From the moment we walked in the staff was so amazing, personable, friendly. It was that way our whole trip. Everyone we ran into was so nice. The place was clean and comfortable, and I would definitely go there again.

A nice kitchenette but no pots, pans, plates, sliverware, etc. I asked at the desk if they had 2 plates they could give me, but she said they were out of them. Since there was no breakfast included in the room reservation, it would have been nice to use the kitchenette to have a comfortable, fast breakfast in the room instead of having to go out to a restaurant.

We booked a room with stove and toaster for cooking. There were no utensils, crockery or pots and pans. Complained to the manager and was told I could only purchase these things. They do not provide and would do nothing to compensate. It spoilt our stay in Idaho Falls. Will not book My Place again.

The facility was well built, which means well insulated for sound and temperature. The air handler was quiet, unlike most budget hotels. Streets in the neighborhood were being widened, so the area was messy. That might be why the price was reduced. When the construction is done, guests will be able to walk along the river into town.

It was a very good experience for our family. I was hesitant since the cost is very affordable but hotel is very fresh and new. Room was perfect for our family. Quiet and clean.
