バーベキューコンロを貸し出してくれて、火までつけてくれるのでとても楽でした！ また、食材も持ち込み可能ですので、費用をおさえたい人は持ち込みましょう！施設で提供してくれるバーベキューセットもあります。

施設はとても清潔で整っており、従業員の方々も親切に対応してくれて、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。 予約の時に夕飯の食材をお願いしようとしたのですが、やり方が分からず、着いてから買い出しに行く事になったのが残念でした。

おしゃれなグランピングと親切なスタッフさんに大満足！
台風が接近していて、海水浴はできず残念でしたが、ホテルは洗練されていて、スタッフの対応も良く、とても満足しました。 特に男性のスタッフは、小学生の子供たちに、とても優しく接してくださり、子供たちも嬉しそうでした。 部屋に入ったとき、冷蔵庫にほんの少し前の方のこぼした汚れが残っていたのが残念でしたが、他はとても清潔でした。 グランピングは初めてでしたが、バーベキューの対応もスタッフの方が丁寧にしてくださって、安心して楽しめました。 また来年、行きたいです！

施設自体はオシャレで清潔感もあって、すごく快適に過ごせました。 しかしスタッフは大事な説明が抜けていて朝食時に火が使えず、楽しみにしていた朝食が食べれず最悪でした。 その他もHPの写真ではハンモックがあり子供が楽しみにしていましたが、チェックイン当日にハンモックがスタンドから取り外されていてスタッフにハンモックは 「明日には使えますか？」 と質問したところ、 「わからないです」 と上司にも確認せずに曖昧な回答で済まされました。 大人2人、子供1人で食材は自分らで持ち込みして、コンロのレンタル代を合わせて約5万近い料金を払って施設などの 環境は非常に良かったのに、スタッフの気遣いの足らなさで楽しさが半減しました。 宿泊する建物は快適で良かったですが、スタッフの対応が変わらない限り２度行きたいとは思わないグランピング施設でした。
