Good base for 1 night stay in Hvar, if staying longer looked like it has a nice swimming pool area and bar. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Really liked that the hotel took your cases back down to the ferry marina at the end of your stay. Wish they'd of communicated this before arriving as was a lot of steps to be pulling luggage up on arrival as hotel is at the top of the hill out of the way.

The stay was excellent, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because our shower was leaking a lot of water from the ceiling seemingly whenever the room above us was showering. There is a luggage service to and from the port which is very convenient and the hotel is only about a 5-10min walk into the main town area. Overall a great stay.

We came of the ferry so didnt drive up a steep hill would be an issue if you had mobility problems but not a proper for us ,lovely pool and bar plenty of sun loungers and good chilled out music room was sufficient clean with nice bathroom comfortable bed ,also breakfast was plentiful and loads of options ,had dinner once large portions and very tasty enjoyed my time at the pharos hotel would stay again if ever in that area.

Overall, this place seems like a security hazard. I had one of my most traumatic experiences as my partner and I were sleeping a drunk individual was able to access our room and we were awaken by him with his flashlight on. This was a terrifying moment and has left me quite scarred. The room was okay in general and the hotel is not bad but this experience was definitely my worst.

Everything was great but walls are definitely not soundproof as advertised and even though it’s in a quiet area, didn’t get good sleep since housekeeping starts at 8am. Banging and vacuuming/really loud noises every morning when usually the cleaning window is between checkout and check-in (11am-3pm) that’s a pretty long window to flip rooms and not disturb guests. Other than that pretty nice stay.

This was my 5th time in Hvar and I had always taken airbnbs, so was a little bit cautious about taking a hotel, and after reading the reviews I was a bit suspicious. However! Once we got there we could see how great this hotel was!! The rooms are small but everything else was fantastic. They could use an actual gym and a better situation for ironing clothes. I would highly recommend staying at this location and would probably stay again.

For the price this place is great. The breakfast was good and they had lots to choose from. Staff was great. It is a bit of walk from the main ferry dock, but completely do able if you didn’t mind doing few extra steps. Only downfall we had regular patio room and the bed for two people was tiny and not very comfortable. Overall I would stay here again for the price.
