We are a Non smoking facility, located a 5 min drive to Sand-hollow State park and extremely close to the highway that takes you to Zions national park and more. You will be emailed a code for the door before your arrival.

First there was an issue getting into the room as the owners were not home and it took awhile to figure out how to unlock the door. Second, the room is listed as a king & sofa bed suite and there is no sofa bed. Third, the WIFI info was incorrectly posted in the room and so we did not have WIFI. With all the fees added I felt there was not a good value for the room at 190.00 after fees and taxes. The room was clean and well appointed and the location was good for our early golf early the next morning.

Great for a quick overnight stay
My wife and I needed a place to stay one night while we went to a concert at Tuachan. We were really impressed by the clean look and layout of the place! There is a lot to like about this place. Of the hundred great things about the place, there was only one negative. The king mattress was quite uncomfortable for me. I was awake multiple times during the night with back and shoulder aches I don't normally have.

EXCELLENT CASITA!!
Loved having a separate living and bedroom space. It was nice to be able to relax in living room at the end of the day. Bed was comfortable. Owners are very nice!. We are staying again in a week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
