Shared parking & backyard with access to the water. Community dock is just a few driveways down. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck & watch a bald eagle soaring! The Eagles Nest is 30 min drive to Athens, (40) to Florence. Rogersville (15) min & offers restaurants, grocery & beverage stores. House is on a dead-end street. There is a shared dock (right of back of house with red roof). Please do not touch the lift or equipment parked at the dock. This will result in automatic cancelation of your reservation.
