Hotel was nice. Bed was comfortable. My problem was the checkout process which should be the most easiest. I paid for late checkout, and was told that I did not. Booking through a third party, seemed to be the overall problem according to staff, however I was charged regardless for an accommodation and still received a call saying that I did not and must checkout. Manager agreed to refund my late checkout fee, but still was not happy with the overall experience.

When we arrived we were placed in a room that had not been cleaned. The pool was covered in a foamy mess. This could have been overflow from the hot tub but we did not check. We were moved to a clean room which was much better. There was a musty smell in the room and the hallway. The breakfast was subpar at best. Very little options and not the best tasting. On the plus side it was close to restaurants, shopping, and the space center.

Great hotel!!!
I was highly impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the hotel and the room!! The front desk hosts were so kind and friendly!! The pool and hot tub was great and the morning breakfast was good. The only thing that I would say I was disappointed about was the tub had a very slow drain and water would build up a little while showering. Other than that this place was amazing!! Especially for the price!! We will be staying here again when we visit family throughout the year.

Bizzarre Breakfast
Hotel was fine but breakfast was bizzarre , it was like how much food can we save feeding the guests . For example put enough food out to feed 4 people at a time lol
