The girl who checked us in was very sweet. But our room didn't seem very clean. Our bathtub had lots of hair in it. The facets were separated from the tub wall and all of the facets were corroded and needed replaced extremely badly. When you turned on the water the it just swiveled around and around not knowing what was hot or cold because it needed to be replaced, there for water never got hot in the shower and there was no pressure at all. So cold shower it was and could barely get soap out of my hair because of how poor the water pressure was. Also room was hot and humid all night long even with turning air down low. Not a very relaxing or pleasant experience.

Check in. Was not good.walking in, Young girl who only asked my last name and for my Credit card. Had her cell phone up to her ear the whole time. Even gave me my keys in the cardholder bag and never said what room or where to go or what time breakfast was served. Once I went out. Got my suitcase. She was STILL on the phone. Very Bad for first time staying. Probably won’t stay again due to that kind of service. I think her name was Adrian? When I asked at check out.

The people that work there were fantastic and amazing. When it comes to the actual structure of the facility everything is ran down my room smelt like dirty feet and all the doors were swollen with water mold

Front to check in then park in back of bldg. They don't have any spaces for the front, only the back. Room was smelly like moldy old furniture. Furniture had wet stains in the drawers, so we decided not to put clothes in. Bed was very hard and mattress was sunk in the middle. No water for coffee. Went down stairs they said we would have to buy water. Really , 130.00 and no bottle water for coffee. Couldn't wait to leave and no we will not be back.

This is a small anniversary treat for us. We stayed in room 103. The jacuzzi still does not work. It didn't work over a year ago when I tried to stay there, and it didn't work while I was there this time. Last time I was able to switch rooms, but the other suite was occupied this time. The front desk clerk sent the "maintenance" man to the room, and he had no clue how it worked. He didn't know there was more than just the light switch to work it. I don't know if they ever plan to fix it, but if you book the room for that specific reason, be sure to call and request the other king suite, not room 103.

It wasn’t the best customer service there when checking in even when checking out had to wait a moment for my receipt act as if I wasn’t there. The bathroom, the commode had to hold it down to flush for a minute. The door to the bathroom would not close all the way because it’s stuck.. Overall was not completely satisfied because the one that did the breakfast just stood there with no help. Don’t think I’ll ever see it at that location again.
