Easy to get to property. My only issue was enough hot water when showering. Took forever to get warm water in shower and it didn’t last long as it turned cold. Place is clean, breakfast was good. Parking was okay, but was packed. My friend couldn’t get in room with card. They seem to have issues at our stay and prior issues in the past. Someone needs to correct it. Front check in very helpful and hard workers even with issues.

The man who checked us in was very nice. However, the wash cloths and towels were not stocked nor was the bathroom cleaned prior to our occupancy. We found a dirty wash cloth on the tub with hair all over it, for example. They can do a better job of cleaning and preparing the room for new occupants.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, not too hard. The breakfast bar is decent, with a lot of choices. I did not like that they charge your credit card $ 20.00 for incidentals. This is maybe common when there are incidentals in the room, but here they are not. All incidentals are behind the desk and to get them you have to go to desk to get them. The morning Desk Clerk was not friendly. When I turned in door keys she did not bother to greet me with a "good morning or hello" only a look. I asked for a receipt so I had proof they refunded my $20.00 incidental charge. She said, " you booked with an out side source, you'll have to get it from them". I said " I would like a printed receipt showing my $20.00 charge was refunded". She printed a receipt. No thank you, please come back. Nothing! Because the location seemed safe, rooms were clean and beds ok, would probably stay again.
