Very comfortable and a nice breakfast. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the location was very close to many restaurants as well as shopping and a movie theatre. I'd stay there again if I am in town for the space museum or a concert again.

Fell short of expectations

The bathroom vent did not work, the toilet paper holder was broken, toilet was loose even after I called to have a different room. I should have paid the extra 40 a night for the Westin. The front desk was very nice, but room fell short.

I had a really horrible time at the Element and I couldn't wait to leave. I went there for a weekend getaway. Our room when we arrived had someone else's food in the cabinet and wrappers in the drawers. The rug was stained and terrible looking. When we sat on the couch, the pictures on the wall actually fell down. After calling guest services multiple times no one ever answered the phone. I called back in the morning and they basically said they couldn't do anything but they would contact housekeeping and maintenance. Housekeeping never came, and maintenance came and put the pictures back on the wall. I had to call again and go to the front desk before housekeeping actually stopped by. The breakfast is served in a small room that is crowded with people. They did nothing to offer me anything or make my stay better, or offer a discount. It was very disheartening and felt like a total waste of money.

Family stay (2 adults, two boys). The queen studio had tons of room. Nice and clean, all staff were super nice. Connectwd to the Westin, so joint pool acces and its a lovely pool. Can easily walk to dinner, shopping and entertainment. Easy drive to the Orion and other areas (Top Golf, shopping, etc). Highly recommend!
