I was a solo female traveller who arrived to hear (and only after I'd checked in) that the windows were covered with a film so we can't see out bc of renovations. There would be a crew on the roof all day and that I had to move my vehicle in the pitch dark at 7a.m. the next day to the mall parking lot and walk back over. There were drunk construction workers rowdy all night both nights in the rooms around me and in hallway and blaring music from their Davey Tree Co trucks outside for a full hour between midnight and 1 a.m. and nothing done about it. It was probably the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced.

Room was supposed to be non-smoke but has very bad smoke smell in it. I complained and the front desk lady came to room and said it doesn’t smell like it and gave me room freshener can t spray during my stay. My wife and kids looked at each other and shook their heads. There were no other rooms available to change to so we had to suck it up.

The Comfort Inn in Huntsville boasts an excellent location, providing easy walking access to local amenities like restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, and medical services. Its proximity to Highway 60 also makes it highly convenient for quickly reaching Algonquin and Arrowhead Provincial Parks. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations (painting and repairs), but the staff's polite and gentle hospitality is a highlight of the stay.

Good value for money. Fuss free check in and check out. Free breakfast provided.Toilet was clean and had good water pressure. Parking at the front would be limited. But motel location is very good, next to a mall and gas station in case you need anything.

One half of hotel is being painted. Exterior. Can’t park near motel. Windows covered in plastic. Can’t see out. AC covered in plastic. AC not useful. Old carpets. Old bed. I guess painting outer walls is a start. I would put in modern flooring and purchase beds first.

Affordable stay with good breakfast. Excellent and safe location, near amenities and tourist attractions. Reception and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. We were guests during the brick painting so it was inconvenient, but instructions were clear and helpful. Room was clean, we had our dog with us and the pet friendly room was in good shape. Appreciated the large closet and large mini fridge. Some upgrades to the room would elevate the experience, such as bathroom and paint touch up, non squeaky bed, TV screen was poor quality. We would stay again.

No one’s fault but they were painting the entire facility on the weekend that we were there, Thanksgiving weekend. So parking was a bit problematic because you couldn’t park anywhere near the motel or if you did, you had to move it at seven. Other than that, everything was fine.

Decent hotel

Good value. The bed is not the greatest. The middle of it sinks down a bit. Breakfast is good. No elevator. So taking luggages to the second floor can be a bit challenging. Overall decent hotel to stay at
