Hotel is motel quality for hotel pricing. Room had water damage, broken things that were obviously rigged back together (the sink base was legitimately a piece of painted wood that was attached and felt like it was going to fall off of you barely brushed against it) the iron spit out brown gunk and ruined my shirt. You could feel the springs in the beds. The exterior of the hotel was very nice as was the lobby, but that was it. Shopping/dining in area was great!

The shower was awful!! Too noisy, walls are paper thin. I heard conversations being had. Smelled like popcorn every night. Toilet didn’t flush right. Cooler was awful. So room was usually freezing. No tv guide so it was hard to figure out channels. I don’t think I will stay there again.

Great location, but rooms are a bit outdated. The Shower drain was clogged and shower-head was full of deposits. I’m 5’7” and the bathroom sink and counter are very low (came up to mid-thigh). The a/c wall unit worked well. The 32” TV is quite small compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at.

This hotel has been around for decades, and is rated 7.8 by reviews on Expedia. It is by a local mall with a theater and restaurants, and has easy access on/off the 405 freeway. Also, it is not expensive in comparison to other hotels in this area, which can be extremely expensive. Our room was shabby, with chips out of the dark laminate flooring. There was a missing drain-stopper in the bathroom sink. There was a chunk of dried toothpaste on the side of the bathtub. I found ants crawling on my toiletries in the morning. The carpet in the elevator was stained. I felt bad to see an international tour group leaving the hotel in the morning, thinking that they couldn't have formed a very good impression of our country during their stay here. I noticed this morning that the hotel has not yet removed the $150 charge on my pre-paid room, and I will get in touch with them regarding that issue.
