The rooms were nice, modern and tidy. But it was very small in the toilet
The food was amazing however not much option for young kids.
Everything was in french so had to guess what the food was. With an allergy I find this quite surprising that you don’t alsl have English written.
The staff was accommodating in the restaurant and bar. However the reception staff I found very rude, abrupt and very unhelpful.
I was not advised of the hotel amenities and general hotel information. With no English I had to guess my way through the holiday.
I asked on the Thursday to have a late check out Saturday and advised it wasn’t a problem and would cost me €29. I was told to come back on the Friday to arrange . When I did this on the Friday I was told it was not possible. Checking out at 9am and not leaving the hotel until 3pm with no facilities to use or a place to leave my bags I found very aggravating!!
I was told when I checked in that a deposit of €100 was due and that they needed my
Bank card to use the details but no money would be taken off. I found out the next day that €200!!! Was taken off my card. When I checked out I had to pay my bar bill and I asked for it to be taken from my deposit but they said no. I had to pay for this and then They said my deposit would be put back on my card!! 7 days later after checking out. I still have not been refunded the €200. The hotel and Expedia both said 4 days ago that it had been done; then it was being done today and then nothin
