I really liked the design and style of the hotel room. The subtle lighting and room furniture looked great. The room was very clean. I really liked the lighting at the pool which looked beautiful at night. The garden area off the lobby was really beautiful too. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We arrived before check-in time to see if we could store our bags there and they let us check-in early because a room was available. There was a bad smell in the elevators but that is the only negative thing about this hotel. We felt this was an excellent value for our money and will definitely stay here again.

They stole our money. We paid for our friends anniversary, gave them the confirmation and everything. They were told we didn't book anything so my friends ended up paying for another room. We contacted the staff the next day and they said there was nothing they could do. They stole our money.

Everything was perfect except the fact they close the pool at 7pm. This is too early to close the pool. Pools at major hotels stay open until at least 9pm, some until 11pm. Most people come to Hua Hin to relax, and closing the pool at 7pm is like closing a restaurant at 7pm, not a good idea. If I return to Hua Hin, I will probably avoid staying here again just because of the pool early closing time, aside from that, hotel is magnificent!
