Upon arrival, you're greeted by the charm of the neighborhood and bungalow house where the nice property owner lives. Entering the front yard from the quaint street, and pass around the back of the house, you are greeted with a welcoming yard with a path that takes you around to the entrance of the upper level apartment. During the day, this space is bathed in natural light and there is a convenient keypad entry for seamless access.

**Living Spaces:**
Inside, discover a thoughtfully designed space that combines comfort and functionality. The apartment floor plan seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The living room allows you to choose the seating you'd like and has a smart TV for entertainment.

**Kitchen:**
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and stocked with all you need to cook, inviting you to prepare delicious meals with ease.

**Dining Area:**
The dining area offers a cozy spot to enjoy intimate meals.

**Bedroom:**
Retreat to the bedroom, where a plush king-size bed awaits, adorned with soft linens and surrounded by blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep. The windows face the backyard and brings in a lot of natural light if that is preferred. And the blackout roller shades combined with the blackout curtains can transform the room into a cozy and dark place for those who need to sleep during the day, perfect for night shift workers.
Bayou Serenity is designed for one to two adults, and one child is able to accompany them. The bedroom includes a comfortable kid bed, and a small sofa in the living room could accommodate a small child. Infants needing a pack'n'play are welcome, just notify your host that you need one.

**Outdoor Space**
The outdoor space is shared between the downstairs tenant and the owner living in the main house. It is a well kept lawn with some plants being cultivated by the owner. Feel free to enjoy the sunshine in the yard, but please note, it is a shared space.
