DO NOT STAY HERE!
Right near NASA. The room has an odor of mold or mildew. I asked to change rooms, but they said they were full. Full kitchenette with some dishes. Around the outside bottom of the tub has stuck on hair and dirt. They locked me out of my room daily. I had to go to the front desk every night. We had a fire alarm go off on Wednesday morning 5am. Fire department showed up and everything. They lost power at 6am Sunday morning and it was restored 2.5 hours later. Pool was out of order the whole time. This is an at risk booking through hotels.com
Kitchen area Has full fridge. Make your own ice cubes. Some dining ware.
Dirty bathtub bottom. Caulking and cleaning needed

Room smelled of mold and mildew the while time. You cannot get a refund when you prepay from a third party site, as they call it.

Very run down and not a good area
It definitely didn't make me feel good when i was walking to our room with my young son and one of the hotel guests told me to make sure and lock my door because itwas a bad area. We booked this hotel to stay at the night before driving to Galveston for a cruise. It is very run down and dirty. The staff was nice which is why I didn't give it one star.

Stay away!! This was the most filthy place I have ever stayed from Travelocity. The front desk personnel was outside smoking when I arrived and the hotel smelled horrible. There was so much difficulty getting someone to answer the front desk phone before my stay and not I know why. They claimed the temperature was too cold but they were outside smoking

This hotel called me the morning of my reservation to “confirm” I wanted to stay even though it was fully paid. I confirmed it was for my 84 year old mom who had no electricity after the hurricane and she was in danger from 95° heat with no power. 1 hour before check in they called me back and said they canceled the reservation because they overbooked their reservations. The person who called was extremely rude and unapologetic.

I booked this hotel as a package deal with my flight. We arrived late at night, a friendly young woman greeted us and checked us in. We noticed as heading to our room the trash around the property. As we entered the hotel, it was noticeably unkept. Upon entering our room, it looks as if it hadn’t been cleaned for quite sometime. It was very late, we just wanted to get some rest. We checked the bedrooms to decide which we would sleep. The one room is missing a smoke detector (unsafe) the second bedroom had one attached to the ceiling but it was covered with plastic to keep it from functioning. The curtains were ripped and burn marks on the couch arm. This is supposed to be a non smoking room. We immediately found another hotel with vacancies and left. The young woman at the desk said she couldn’t give me a refund since it had already passed the cancellation timeframe. 😳 I said it is UNSAFE! On the way back to our car we noticed the dumpster was over flowing with mattresses and trash. A car was on jacks. I called the next day to speak with a manager but was not able to reach them. I will continue to try and get some kind of refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE - save yourself some unnecessary traveling stress.

Was not told to put towels out. So the next day we do not get towels. Kitchen only had two plates and two glasses small bowls nothing to cook with and we had to take turns eating. First night we heard a loud noise and through our eighteen year old had bumped in furniture. Next morning we found window had fell in on chair. We were on second floor. Was no elevator was not informed of this. We like the lay out, and it was quit quiet liked kitchen but there was not need for dishwasher as we never had einough dishes. Livingston furniture was hard. All of staff was very rude.

The room was clean. has some thinys to fix, but overall, it was confy. the hotel is pets friendly, I travel with my dogs and it had no inconvenience about that. The only thing is that the pool was out of service, and the water was green.
