You’ll access the home via a unique smart lock code, programmed specifically for you. Our neighborhood is one of the best, and access is made even more convenient with the smart lock system.

Regarding our pet policy, while we love pets and understand how dear they are, they can require additional cleaning. For this reason, we typically don't allow pets, but we understand that denying your pet may not be an option. We are willing to accommodate your pet for an additional fee. Below are the fees for short-term and long-term stays, depending on your pet's size. These fees ensure we can maintain our high cleaning standards, as we never compromise on cleanliness and hygiene, aiming to provide you with the best possible experience.
★Short term reservations:
Animals up to 35 lbs are $185/pet/stay.
Animals 36+ lbs. are $260/pet/stay.
★Stays longer than 10 days:
Animals up to 35 lbs are $280/pet/stay.
Animals 36+ lbs. are $360/pet/stay.
Our homes are of the highest quality in the area. We offer free early check-in or late check-out if available when we do not have same-day bookings. The pictures in our listings are recent, and the homes are the best in the neighborhood, newly furnished, renovated, and remodeled. We provide ample towels, tissues, and supplies for all guests, depending on the length of your stay. With high-speed Wi-Fi, brand-new appliances, and high-quality furniture, everything is exactly as shown.
Lastly, we are currently offering very competitive rates as we have recently started and aim to secure bookings as quickly as possible. Our rates are already the best in the area, and given the quality we provide, we are firm on them.
