All of the staff were friendly with smiles on their faces. Check in/out was quick and easy, and the rooms, breakfast area & lobby were all clean & tidy.
Was a nice location for where we needed to be for events scheduled for our soccer tournament! Would liked to be informed as to where pool, workout room and any other amenities are located. A more welcoming reception/face from the the person who checked me would have been nice. Maybe she was having bad day. Didn't affect my mood or stay.
SUPER friendly staff upon arrival!! Very nice, clean room was lots of space and a fridge!!! My only negative - NO WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER!!! Kinda strange... other than that - we would definitely stay here again!!!
Highly priced, but very clean. Staff courteous but could have been more helpful with directions to concert venue. Confusing for someone w little experience in the area
I would give the property an excellent rating, but we didn’t have hot water for the shower and the pressure was so bad you couldn’t rinse the shampoo out of your hair. Another traveler with us had the same issues.
Everything was wonderful except the water pressure in the shower, which is a huge source of joy when staying at a hotel and paying hotel prices. Corporations need to stop cowtowing to the “eco-friendly” tyrants and just offer what we pay for.
