Staff was great. I wasn't pleased ar the fact i checked in my room abd the refrigerator didn't work. Called guest service was moved to a new room refrigerator took hours to cool my drinks off had to go to the second floor to get ice.Also only had one waah towel in the room.

This property looked NOTHING like the pictures that are on the website. The pool was dirty, and had a vacuum in it our whole stay. The pool area had 3 different operation times posted. There were 3 total lounge chairs in the whole pool area. Our outlets only worked with the light on & our TV stopped working the last night. When I asked about a refund, I was told to bring it up with Expedia.

Clean and Convenient
We stayed at the hotel to attend a concert at nrg stadium. It was soooo convenient with an easy short walk through the outdoor gate of the hotel. If fed right into the stadium parking lot, avoiding any walking on the road. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the check in staff were courteous and professional. I would definitely stay here again!

Check in was great- super busy but the staff remained friendly and well put together. Hotel is definitely older, and not worth the money spent but was super convenient for accessing the NRG stadium.
