Reserved a room with 2 queen beds. They only had a room with a King bed and a sleeper sofa. Sofa bed had no pillows, sheets or blankets. After asking for these items, we waited over an hour and then we were told that we had to come down to get them ourselves. They gave us a cart to take them up to our room and then asked for us to bring the cart back to them. All of this took place after arriving at the hotel at 9:45 pm.

Hotel is under renovations. Front desk was a folding table in a room on the 1st floor. On the 2nd day of our stay, water started coming out of the ceiling light fixture in the shower and we could not use the shower.

We were unaware of a $25 charge to PARK at the hotel, even though we already paid for our room, we had go pay to park in the parking lot of the hotel?!! Absolutely stupid. They did not mention that to us until after we were paying. Then they hold $40 for “accidentals” then they give you pack $15 since they charge $25 to park. The hotel is under construction, also not noted anywhere and the whole first level was a complete mess. Will never stay there again. Bed had a box spring. Not comfortable. But was clean.

Review Title: Disappointing Stay Due to Multiple Issues** My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The property is still under renovation, which significantly impacted our experience. Our toilet was clogged upon arrival, and our room key failed to work on three separate occasions, necessitating multiple trips to the front desk to resolve the issue. Additionally, the phone in our room was not functioning, making it difficult to communicate with the staff. Overall, this was not a good place to stay and I cannot recommend it at this time.
