Just less than 3 miles from a Walmart, Krogers, Starbucks, popular restaurants and shopping centers. There is a dual movie theater and bowling alley located just a few miles away that is a nice attraction for a night out. A beautiful new built community with a park nearby and 3 car parking. This beautiful home is located about 20-40 mins from most popular cities in Houston, TX. Cute outside backyard for some fresh air and sunlight.
