Don’t waste your time or money
This hotel (Spark Suites Houston Hobby) was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They monitored my every move in their cameras, even asking me why I went in the stairwell (I didn’t see their signs that stairwells were closed). My husband and I both have service dogs…before my husband even stepped foot in the hotel, the girl went running outside telling my husband we had to pay to have the dogs there. (No, we didn’t. They are service dogs, they were in uniform, and they were working). The girl then called our room and wanted to know why we had service dogs, what disabilities we have, and what service our dogs give us. (That’s illegal, according to ADA). I would like a refund. I had booked and paid for three nights, we slept there one, and then left the next evening. Had to go to the front desk three different times in less than twenty four hours to get the room keys reprogrammed. Nowhere outside was there a sign identifying Spark Suites. It says Comfort Inn. The inside was under construction, and as I mentioned, every move we made was being watched on camera. Worst hotel ever. We do not recommend, and we will never stay here again.
