Beautiful hotel. It cost $25 to borrow a microwave and $100 automatic deposit when you check in. Most hotels have complimentary coffee or a cheap cup that you can find somewhere and with as nice as this hotel was, there was no coffee that could be found in the morning aside from the little pods in the room. Thought it was a little much, but overall beautiful hotel.

I was disappointed with the front desk service and long wait to check in. We arrived around 2:30 PM after traveling all morning and were told our room wouldn’t be ready until the 4 PM check-in time. We understood that, but when we returned at 3:45 PM after waiting at the bar, we were told the room was still not ready and to come back in 15 minutes. It felt as though no effort was made to accommodate us, even with the check-in time so close. When we brought this up to the hotel manager, his response was even more disappointing. He was unapologetic and simply stated that the hotel was extremely busy that weekend and the room would not be ready until 4 PM. It’s frustrating to believe that from 3:45 to 3:55 PM there were truly no rooms available at all. Based on this experience, the lack of customer service, and the manager’s dismissive attitude, I will not be recommending this hotel and I will not be returning.

We loved the modern new look of the hotel. We came in for a fun girly weekend at the nutcracker market. We were looking forward to pretty drinks and just a fun atmosphere. The room was fantastic. We were just really disappointed in the atmosphere of the hotel. It was quiet and dull. The only staff members that were friendly were at the sky lounge bar. It was so quiet and sad. I also didn’t understand the charges that were charged to our room and extra deposits. Our stay was definitely good and if you are just looking for maybe quiet, headphones in and work hotel this one is nice. It didn’t match up with the girly fun vibe that it put on. We will definitely stay again with hopes for improvements!
