Everything was great while staying at the Best Western NASA. The hotel was not far from the mall in the area and a lot of restaurants that l can walk to from the hotel. My big disappointment came from the Exercise Facility. The exercise equipment inside the facility was either broken or non functional. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel but my biggest concern was not able to use the exercise equipment to work out in the fitness center.

I’ve never left a hotel after checking in due to dirty , unsanitary conditions before this one!! Upon checking and examining the bedding, I found two pubic hairs in the sheets and plastic flaking off the headboard onto the bedding on one of the beds. I went to the front desk and told them and they quickly moved us to another nearby room. This room was in better condition. Unfortunately some other guests were smoking marijuana and that smell was in the hallways in the back half of the hotel. Not good. Later that evening, there was a place where the baseboard was pulled away from the wall and I saw a huge cockroach crawl out from the hole in the wall. No way we were staying so we packed up and left. This hotel is dirty and unsanitary.

The floor in the hallway was unlevel, soft and irregular. The wall and trim were very poorly repaired. Toilet seat is loose; shower head was poor. Temperature control on shower was dangerous. I could never get just cold water and the cooler it got, the less water pressure. The best water pressure was strongest at hot but hot water was so hot that you would be scalded. The toaster at breakfast was broken. Same breakfast both days: sausage and scrambled eggs with no toast. The staff did their very best to help guests. It’s just a substandard facility.

The location is convenient and safe. They provided all the amenities that they offered. The hotel was dirty and the carpets smelled bad. They offered queen size beds but provided full size beds. The restroom was unbelievable small, the door almost collided with the toilet. Overall, our stay was not pleasant and we cut our stay short, 1 night instead of 2, and we requested a refund for the 2nd night. We had to find a different hotel and that was an inconvenience.

I liked that the front desk was able to get us checked in earlier than 3PM. I did not like that the surrounding area outside the hotel was littered with trash everywhere.

Everything was much more rundown than the website and pictures showed. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Our bathroom door wouldn't shut because the door can barely clear the toilet. The general cleanliness of the hotel was very lacking. Will not stay here again.
