Loved that it was right on the water and had a great deck! Extreamely disappointed it doesn't have an elevator and had to ask staff to handle my bags. No first floor rooms available.

The room was comfortable and had a great view of Portage Lake. Nice deck. Good breakfast but needs hot eggs and meat offering. Close to downtown. Comfortable bed.

Loved the view of the water, rooms were clean but tell them they should dust the stair rails.. the staff was not very welcoming at all, never responded when you said hello or good morning, just in their own world, the front desk clerk was not very personable either. Otherwise, I enjoyed the room and view.
