We stayed one night in a family room as we typically do. None of the kids could handle the pull out sofabed as they could feel its "bones". I tried and it was so uncomfortable, the pad was so thin. The carpet floor was dirty. The remote didn't work for one of the tvs. In the morning, when we needed to hurry and shower. The shower handle was barely on. It came right off like in a comedy! We couldn't get it working properly so we couldn't shower. I told them all of this as we were rushing out in the morning and all they offered was to tell maintenance. We paid nearly $300 for us to be cramped on two queen beds which we could have done for much cheaper elsewhere. No being able to shower was awful. We will not be staying here again.

The hotel was really really nice and clean, but there was a staff member who was really rude to my friend in the lobby. She went downstairs to use the vending machine and forgot her room key and couldn’t get back upstairs via the elevator. The employee was really hostile with her and told her I had to come get her and wouldn’t let her in the elevator. Additionally, there was some sort of drumming and singing that was happening pretty early in the morning outside around 7 and it continued for about an hour and a half. Not sure if it was affiliated with the hotel or not, but it was pretty inconvenient.

The staff was very rude. It was very noisy as well. Every door slams so loudly. Rooms do not feel clean. Someone entered our room when we didn’t want any cleaning. Not happy.

I was greeted by an overflowing garbage can in the lobby. Check in was pleasant. My room, 403, stunk so bad like cologne that I went out to get air freshners. Place needs a deep clean and major renovation. Never stay here.

The room was pretty cramped and the walls were thin. The beds were fairly comfortable and the a/c worked nicely. Our tv was pretty small and most of the channels didnt come through properly and were fuzzy. There were burn marks in the carpet from the iron. The shower was kind of loose and the shower head was spraying all over the place and loose as well. The pool and hot tub areas were pretty clean which was nice. Check in and out were both easy and fairly fast. Staff was nice at the front desk. The area was nice and had lots of available places to eat and shopping chances.
