Was very dirty (pubes in the shower, the pool had grit on the bottom, carpet came up nearly black when wiped, etc), was unsafe (had burning hot metal sticking out of the shower) and the staff were very unhelpful and unbothered. We had an incident where a couple was trying to have sex in the public pool/taking off their clothes and starting being very homophobic and aggressive towards us. We had to leave, the staff did nothing except say “you probably shouldn’t do that” and not enforcing anythIng. They were both very drunk and exposing themselves in a public area, and no one did anything to help. I really wished they would have tried absolutely anything to help the situation as we did not feel safe or comfortable being in public areas of the hotel after that. It is for those reasons, but particularly the staffing issues, that we will not be going to this hotel ever again.

Property itself was ok. I had a broken chair in my room that they apparently knew about, but still rented the room to me or kept that chair in there. It almost fave way when I sat on it. Flooring was also separating. Wont be back and wont recommend.

NEVER STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN- BED BUGS ALL OVER THE BED. I already checked in late, was only there for 5 hrs before my flight so all I needed the room for was a quick rest- and I get met by a ton of bed bugs jumping all over me in the dark after laying on their bed. This was already a cheap budget hotel, but I would never pay to stay here ever again. Front desk staff also sucked. Place is ran down by Indians. Stay elsewhere.
