So disappointed.
I came in for a funeral for my family. The AC couldn’t be adjusted or just wouldn’t so I got to sleep in a too warm room. The pillows are feather and collapsed when any pressure put on them so technically slept on paper. Couldn’t sleep. Refrigerator made a loud humming noise like wind blowing hard all night. Then I got to wake up to a cold shower because the water would only get to lukewarm after running it for 30 minutes. Coming in already miserable for a family loss and hotel just made it worse. Thanks.

The bed was very comfortable on my back. I did not have to take any pain meds to sleep. Good variety in the breakfast. Our friends we were traveling with had a handicapped room. There was no water in the shower so they had to sponge bathe. Their room was free to them because of the inconvenience. Outback Steakhouse where we had dinner gave them a $25 gift card because it was their 50th wedding anniversary. We have booked a return stay for the end of our trip

Water from water fountain was hot, not drinkable at all, noisy a/c and a very short/dangerous entrance access coming from the frontage road to the hotel. Front desk clerks very kind and helpful
