The front desk staff was phenomenal. We got in late and she welcomed us with smiles. Had a active toddler with us and the lady at the front desk played with her while we were getting checked in. The only downside was the breakfast (didn’t care for it) and my rooms bathroom. There was a brown stain on my bathroom floor and the tub was clogged so when I showered the tub filled with water.

Short stay for Busch Gardens
One night stay. Traveling from Orlando to Tampa for Busch Gardens. I loved that there was a shuttle service to the park unfortunately I wasn't able to use it so I can't comment on how it was. But I was told it was running. The hotel looks as though it could use some love it has some discoloration on the ceiling in the dining area and the rooms are in need of a refresh however nothing was broken for me and it suites my needs for a one night stay. Breakfast was provided but not great. Cold turkey sausage and we missed the eggs. They had warm cinnamon buns which were tasty

Frankly speaking I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The stay was horrible my room was never cleaned. The linens were never changed. The customer service was poor. It started when I entered the hotel. I think the receptionist needs customers service training. Disappointed

Hotel good staff not so much
The hotel room was great! We stayed for 2 nights. The staff on the front desk when I checked in was just short of being rude. He at first didn’t bother to look up at me just asked for my info then made a comment about the fact that several people checking in late that day. I guess we were keeping him from his nap or something. Then the next morning the front desk staff again were just ignoring us and acting like they were super busy but basically doing nothing. We were eating breakfast and the guy emptying the trash was wearing earphones and singing at the top of his lungs disrupting all eating breakfast.

The place was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of good options. The free shuttle to the parks helped a lot!
