Valet parked my car and they returned to me with a broken windshield!!!!!! Parking garage is not attached to building so I used valet parking . Room was clean and quiet, check in was quick, breakfast was good.

You’re right downtown historic Hot Springs. The shops and the national park are so quaint. We love to antique and we weren’t disappointed. Will keep coming back! The staff is excellent.

We stayed here for a week during our Spring Break. It was the perfect location for the activities we had we planned for the week. Bath House Row and the Farmers Market were within walking distance as were plenty of restaurants, museums, etc. There were quite a few breakfast options in the morning and the attendants kept the area clean & well stocked. The parking garage was down the street but we felt very safe parking there. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Overall okay but I won't return
When we got there we had the change rooms. The bed had hair UNDER the SHEETS 😩. The manager on duty was very nice and rectified the issue by moving us to another room. The breakfast food/staff was awesome. No fitness center and the hotel has been renovated but still has a moldy smell.

Room was small, but big enough. The bathroom is small and you can’t stand at the sink without touching the toilet. But overall the hotel is nice.
