Won't stay here again.
No staff present at 4pm check-in. Rang bell, waited 10 minutes until mumbly employee showed up from outside, where he was apparently hanging out with lady friend?? This place definitely very tired and not so clean--carpet and other floors. Broken door closer inside room door had punched a hole in the drywall (see photo). Loud heater in room. Internet was intermittent during night and next morning. Breakfast was standard hot and cold items. Was cold in breakfast room because the outside door in the breakfast room was broken and didn't close--security issue!!

It's ok for the off season rate
Fur the off season price it wasn't bad. The property could use some updating as it's starting to look warn and dated. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Great little hotel in Hot Springs for the traveler... Good, soft beds....roomy with large desk and great sitting chair. Bathrooms are large!!!! Bigger than most franchise hotels.
