It was something different from staying downtown hot springs. My husband and I enjoyed the gym, and the pool inside, we didn't get a chance to get in the pool. We enjoyed the breakfast. We will be back. Mostly I liked the clean room. That's mostly on my list.

I like the location and in a good part of town near restaurants and family things like mini golf, arcade. Close to the lake. Beds were comfy, sheets were perfect and pillows were fluffy. A/C worked great after a hot day walking around downtown all day. Our room had significant sized stains on carpet that need to be cleaned. 😳 The roll down shade was a little tattered and needs to be replaced but blocked out sun. Bathroom was big, clean and loved the huge frame lit mirror. Daughter is looking forward to the breakfast. I'd def consider staying again.

The front desk staff always seemed unavailable or busy. Half the gym equipment was broken. The pool is very small. Also, our room had clearly not been vacuumed well before we got there. The beds were very clean. The water temp was great. It is a super easy location to go in and out.

Everything was good except for the carpet in the hallways and room. Carpet coming out of elevator on 3rd floor was coming up in places. Could have been a hazard. On the other hand the staff was very nice.

So upon arriving early the front desk didn’t even bother looking to see if our room was available. Instead they automatically said it wasn’t and the only two available were for people with funerals. So we come back 45 minutes later and check in and it went rather smoothly, but of course the two ladies that were there earlier were not there at that time. We get settled into our room which was nice and clean except for the carpet which had stains everywhere. After settling in our room we decided to take the grandkids to the pool which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. It had an indoor pool that looked nice and big in the pictures. We get to pool and it’s so murky and has a super strong bleach smell. So there was no way we were getting in the pool when you couldn’t see the bottom and full of chemicals waiting to chemically burn all of us!! So if you’re looking for a hotel with a nice pool avoid this hotel at all costs!
