The hotel is in a good spot and is very quiet although the room doors rattle loudly when others open and shut theirs - a bit of a vacuum in the corridors. The rooms were far too hot with no way of altering the temperature apart from opening windows. Breakfast great and good coffee facilities in foyer.

We needed a hotel near the Jektevik terminal is that we could easily catch our cruise the next day. Not only was the hotel within easy walking distance, it is also located within strolling distance of Bergen landmarks like the Bryggen wharf and the Kode museum complex, as well as excellent restaurants (also, the hotel does its own fantastic breakfast spread). The room was comfortable and clean and the staff helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

Stayed in the main hotel building this time which was must better. We went downstairs for breakfast, not having to go out in rain to come from another building like last time. Room & bathroom were clean & tidy and roomy enough.

Location excellent for ferry connection. Large hotel spread over 3 buildings. Had to go outside in rain to cross to another building for breakfast. Breakfast was very good and staff wonderful. Coming back to this property after our cruise and not disappointed.

My wife, being rather short and over 70 had quite a time getting into and out of the very deep bathtub in order to shower. I would like an option to having to try and sleep under an overly warm duvet. The service was excellent, as was the breakfast.

The hotell had two buildings where one was older and more run down. In my room the paint was flaking and falling off the ceiling… The rom had a view of a ventilation system that made a lot of noice.
