The shower curtain was mildewed; however, was replaced the step into the shower washboard 2 feet high without grab bars. Almost slipped getting out. The refrigerator had a bad odor.

This was a quaint little hideaway! Loved the swing bar and Green Lady Room! Rooms were fine, not the fanciest but for the price it was good, location was central, staff was helpful and friendly! All-in-all would stay again.

When I arrived was told room type I reserved wasn't available so they put me on a poolsde room. Room wasn't cleaned- trash cans wete full and used bath mat in front of shower, used bar of soap on sink. Likely housekeeper did a service thinking guest mid stay - not a full turnover. Room was only poolside unit with no privacy screening plants, and right next to pool, so if i let light in room with open curtains everyone saw in my room and alot of traffic walking or kids running by noisily. Lastly, when I ordered my car on valet app, it wasn't ready because security guard and valet were talking and showing pictures on phone for nearly 5 minutes while I stood at valet desk. Neither acknowledged me or asked if I needed anything until I actually approached them and asked for valet.

Family Vacation
The rooms are motel style with the entrance facing the outdoors. It has a tropical vibe to it, which is super cute, but with that brings bugs. We had a cockroach in our bathroom every morning. Overall the rooms and grounds were clean. The hallways smelled amazing and our room smelled good on our first day. Our second day you could smell the mustiness. They only provide housekeeping every other day. The staff is incredibly friendly. The tea, popcorn, and slushies were a hit. Would stay here again.

I loved the vibe of this hotel. It’s tucked away from the street so it’s quiet. The decor is so fun and not institutional. The bar/pool area is extra fun with swings for seats and a great happy hour.

Was checked in and room was not ready until after 5pm. When I checked out I was told I was good to go and charges were pending my account but I get called saying I still owed and wanted another payment method. I was given an email to send proof it was pending since day of check in.
