Probably the worst Penthouse room in Waikiki. We’ve stayed here before on a terraced room below and it was actually bigger than the “Penthouse” due to the shape of the building. It’s basically just a normal room with a special button in the elevator that requires a key. Most of the room photos are actually in the monkey pod room, so it isn’t even how it appears. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Solid air conditioning. Very clean hotel. Kind staff. Very walkable area. Difficult to find parking otherwise pressured into expensive valet options. A daily hotel fee was added on upon arrival without any warning but was told every hotel in the area charges daily fees.

I think the pictures vs. the actual rooms can be updated and not what I expected. The shower head was very dirty and gunk on it. The room could have a better ac as well and not so loud. I will say the front desk was always welcoming, and offered to answer any questions and request we had. Over all I wouldn’t stay there again, I would spend a couple extra bucks and stay somewhere a lot more clean.

The only complaint I have was the state of the bathrooms. It smelt like something was rotting in the room I was staying in. The bathtubs were pretty filthy with soap scum, dirt, and stains. Even worse, our bathtub wouldn’t even drain properly. Ben from the front desk was pretty helpful and tried to accommodate our stay. He had shown us a few more rooms, but all rooms had the same issue. I probably won’t book here again unfortunately.
