Room was very clean. But very small. Our room at the 39th floor actually had a gap in the exterior window big enough to stick your fingers out. Once it was brought to the hotels attention they moved us to another room.

The hotel itself was good, gave us exactly what we needed and was a great location. What truly made our stay memorable was the amazing staff. The people who work in this hotel are a great bunch. Every person who was working that we passed was kind, engaged with us, and out of their way helpful. If I ever wanted to stay in Waikīkī again I would definitely stay at this hotel.

As I said, the $300 "amenities fee" for amenities I never used will likely cause me to seek other sources of rooms as the amenities fee is a rip off !!

Clean and well maintained. Great staff. Great breakfast buffet and well stocked. Sufficient space for the large number of people in the mornings and efficient staff clean up of tables.
