Also it has the great access to the beach!! Just 30 seconds walk to the white sandy beach.
There is the special gate to the beach only for the Waikiki Shore guests. They have also the hot shower for the guests in the path.
The garden is in front of your room and you will also see the ocean from the sofa and balcony! The wide balcony withe the ocean and green trees view makes you feel relax everyday. Enjoy the breakfast and dinner there.
Welcome to an expansive newly renovated space, with sunlight beaming through the glassy lanai windows. You will quickly notice how the design of the room strikes a balance between beachy and modern, while the trade winds and view breathe life into the space.

Poor communication
I was sent an email giving me the code to get in but was not told that I needed to pickup a fob to access the building at a different location so I inquired at the front desk and they weren’t able to help as they are there for the hotel guests and I was unaware that I wasn’t supposed to have contact with them. After sending a message and calling the realtor and getting no response security for the building contacted them and I was then given instructions on how to retrieve the fob. The property was not very Clean, I have pictures and I also have the email that was sent to me that does not give any information about getting the fob at a different location or that I wasn’t supposed to have contact with the front desk, if you would like to see them. It was however a great location.

Great value, perfect location
Check in process was a little confusing. One set of instructions said key fob and parking pass would be in the unit and the other (attachment to the same instructions) said key fob and pass needed be picked up from the property managers office at a different location. Though when asked they responded promptly and communicated well through out stay. Location was perfect. Beach and park adjacent and walking distance to Waikiki shopping and dining.

Great Location
The location was amazing and convenient to the beach and easy to take the stairs on the second floor. The washer/dryer was a huge perk to clean up dirty clothes daily. My only issue was at check in not getting the code to the lockbox for my keys. Had to contact multiple phone numbers and was several hours later after messaging through VRBO, that I was contacted, but after that everything was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location
This apartment checked off my must have list. Fabulous location, convenient parking included , air-conditioning, an in-unit washer/dryer and a king sized bed. The apartment is very nice and exactly as seen in the photos. It could use either a dresser or some kind of horizontal furniture (even luggage racks would be fine) in the bedroom so suitcases can either be unpacked or have a place to sit on and utilize when they are opened. The kitchen area has a coffee pot but would benefit from a toaster as we ate breakfast in every day. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels are provided, but the towels are very poor quality and both small and scratchy. It would also be nice if beach towels were provided. The air conditioning is set to a very low temperature (excessively cold) and we could not find any control to adjust it. Our biggest complaint is that the real estate company that manages it, is very bad at communication. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and we had to physically go to their office to speak with someone to deal with a situation that we needed help with. It was taken care of, but it should not necessitated a trip to their office. A day or two later we were sent a text asking how they could help us. Overall, a very good stay.

The unit is old and outdated. The online photos are at least 8 years old. Everything in the unit is dirty/dusty or broken. I'm leaving a review with photos online so no one else has false hopes of a nice stay!

Nice place to stay in Waikiki
Condo is very nice, plenty of towels and very clean. Check in was a bit rough as the keys and parking pass were not in the lock box. Security at the condo was able to let us in after making several calls. Lei Hawaii Realty did deliver the keys and parking pass that evening and reimbursed parking and gave a credit for the inconvenience. Rest of the week was great but still waiting for the security deposit to be returned as they said it will take 2 weeks for the cleaning people to check the condo.

Perfect location
I would stay in this building again. The location is perfect. Great for walking anywhere you need to go for shopping or food. The food place on the first floor is so good. The view is wonderful. The parking lot is convenient. I would suggest they put in a full size mirror by the front entry door and add more towel hooks. There’s nowhere to dry towels. One of the two towel hooks was missing. There’s also nowhere to put your clothes. You have to live out of your suitcase. All the other pluses of location and convenience made it worth it.

We loved it. Anytime you can find a reasonable condo on the beach is worth it and this place is worth it. The building is undergoing some renovations and you are limited to one elevayor but you make it work. Parking is across the street and it comes with all the amenitoes even a washer and dryer which I didnt know. The bed was king sized so my daughter and I could share, it was great.

Good place to stay in Waikiki
If you read the instructions they send you well there will not be a problem checking in to the unit. Their office is located on the 7th floor in downtown Honolulu, park in the structure of the same building as their office go to the 7th floor and enter the code given to you in their instructions on the lock box to get your key fob for parking and getting into the building. The building where you will be staying offers a ten minute parking spot so you can drop off your luggage in your room and then you can park your car in the lot. Use the white card on the Monthly parking spot reader to park and exit and your are all set. The unit is located walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The beach is very close by, just exit the back of the building and the beach is right there. Recommend you bring water shoes or swim with your sandals as the water is rocky. The Lanai is nice, spent many mornings there looking at the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with most supplies you would need to cook a meal. Bring or buy your own seasoning though. Overall a good experience there. Wish the bedroom window would be upgraded to a dual pane version as outside noise can be distracting at times. The unit could use some touch up paint in certain spots but for the price point it was acceptable. Does have a washer and drier which came in handy inside the unit. Buy your own soap. If going Oahu again, would definitely stay there again.

A very nice place to stay, easy access to the beach and the shops. Parking and laundry included.
The good: View of the beach on the patio, walking distance to the beach and the shops. Internet is fast, laundry in the room, parking is close by and we always found a spot. The quality of life is very nice as we didn't have to worry about parking and if we need to use the laundry there's one available in the room instead of the common laundry area. We'll highly consider staying here again. The bad: We arrived on a Saturday and we went to the designated office to get the key as per the directions but nobody was there. I guess the office is closed on the weekend. They did leave the keys in the lock box at the office, BUT we only found out after a lot of knocking at the door and calling, and then at last we got a hold of Lei Realty. So if you're arriving on a weekend or holiday I suggest contacting them directly if someone will be in the office or you need to access the lockbox to get the keys. Other than this snafu, our stay was fun and relaxing and the place is great.

I left Voicemails and emails that our parking pass didn’t work! So I ended up paying $75-$100 a day for parking….find out it’s because you guys owed them money and the card was voided!! I’m out at least $525 just for parking!!! Because of that my family and I had to cancel whale watching to pay for parking!!!!! I’m livid!!! Never will I use your company again

Great location, not so great management
The location is obviously the best feature of this condo along with the parking across the street. Renter beware though. There location is clean however zero hot water and it's bare essentials only. No beach towels which every other condo I have ever rented at Waikiki Shore has provided in the past along with boogie boards. I paid extra for early check in but the management at Lei Realty had me trek over to their office to get the key fobs and parking card. It's not far but not easy to find. Overall it was disappointing but served its purpose. Not what I've come to expect when visiting Oahu.
