Nice shower and espresso maker. Area had lots of restaurants and close to the MTR. Walkable to the Wan Chai computer Center. Small lobby and hard to bring luggage up and down from room.

Staff helps to get a taxi and load my luggage onto the car. It will be great if the hotel can improve some property management in the following areas. 1. Guests need to go up 2 levels for the lift. First level has a ramp but not the 2nd level. 2. There is only shaver electric outlet in the washroom, should have an outlet for air dryer. 3. The hotel is mean to returning customers. I have stayed for 5 nights and then returned after 5 days break. The hotel charges $20 for each luggage storing. Furthermore, I have a small handcarry putting on top of a luggage, hotel has to charge as two pieces even though they are binded together. 4. I wonder any checklist for room cleaning. Obviously the bath faucet needs repair but not done, I barely have any hot water for my bath. It is too late that I gave up to have room changed.

Super convenient location in Wanchai, easy bus and subway access. Bit hard to call a taxi though as there's no proper stopping point in front of the hotel. Good value for money hotel, think the air ventilation is not the best though but it does the job for a place to lie your head.

Decent property, Unfortunately there is a few step before you go to the elevator, which makes it difficult with luggage or wheelchair. Also, has a separate floor for ladies only. This was unique and appreciated.

Staff are super helpful and very accommodating. There are a lot of shops and restaurants close by. The dehumidifier works wonders after I do my own laundry and needed the clothes to be dried. It was a pleasant stay. We complain about a smoker on our floor and it was immediately taken care of.

Good location and good transport links. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Only downsides were the beds were extremely hard and we were woken up at 3am and 6.30am on our first night by the fire alarm going off for a short time each time - staff said this was due to vapour? But not an emergency.

A very nice budget hotel. Conveniently located. Easy access to & from airport. Rooms are dated and small but are clean enough & tidy. Do recommend for anyone who needs a short stay and on a tight budget.
