The motel appears to be very new. The rooms are large and the bed comfortable. There is a restaurant within easy walking distance. Our only complaint was a small pet dropping that was left in the bathroom which indicates the cleaning isn’t very thorough.

Very basic affordable room. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were available, as was a hairdryer. The heater took awhile to warm up the room but the bedding was warm enough to fall asleep comfortably. It was clean and tidy. For the price we would stay again. The breakfast was very small and simple. Coffee, juice, toast, bagels, pancakes, muffins, boiled eggs, yogurt, milk/cereal, apples. It was enough for us to start our day without needing to make another pit stop for food.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. One thing; the bath water took 6 or 7 minutes to get warm in room 219. Then, the shower was great.

We stayed here on 11/28 room #115. The mirrors were dirty. The bathroom door was dirty. No shampoo in the shower and finally the blower dryer wasn't working. I usually stay here and have no issues. But whoever is cleaning the rooms is doing a poor job.

The room was nice and comfortable but our front window wouldn’t lock and there wasn’t a wind tight seal. Because of this the wind made noises all night. We tried to get something to provide some protection on the window but the night manager was not available to help us

After losing a reservation on a different booking site, I had to scramble to find accommodations in a matter of minutes, And GreenTree Inn was available and affordable and near to exactly where I wanted to be the following day (Petrified Forest National Park). The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the room was perfect for my needs. Fridge, coffee maker and fixings, awesome bed, sitting area, working heater and great bathroom... all stellar! Thanks Greentree Inn for a great stay!
