The staff are awesome, very friendly and helpful. In the assistance for vehicle booking and etc.
I will love to be back again with lots of convinence stores around.
Overall the whole place is quite well maintained except some small minor things like mosquitos in the lobby and no ventilation in the lift.
Staff was really sweet and helpful. We stayed for 9 days and really felt the most comfortable here out of the three other places we stayed. Will be coming back!
Location perfect for work purposes. Air conditioning did not work in room 1302. Colleague’s room also on the 13th floor, air con did not work. Outside air temp 35 degrees and none of the bedrooms had the aircon on upon arrival. Just far too hot. Not great for international visitors. No extra toilet roll and not enough coffee & tea. Staff took 20+ mins to acknowledge or serve in the restaurant area. Ordering a glass of wine took another 15 mins and white wine wasn’t chilled. Again, not what was expected from Novotel. We will not be returning on our next business trip sadly.

All of the staff are trustworthy and out standing performance, facilities are safe and clean this is one of the best in District 7, Management team is well trained, I will be back again next time.
The hotel and rooms were clean. The breakfast was ok, wish they prepared scrambled eggs instead of having to order eggs from the chef to avoid waiting.
