The Not Comfort Inn
To start with the positives: they held our bags for us to travel around during the day and also had a lovely complimentary breakfast. The staff were also nice. Cons: the rooms were not comfy by any means. Beds were the worst we had our whole trip and pillows were also terrible. Bathrooms were exceptionally tiny. Had to be careful to notice the step down into the bathroom as well. Almost fell in initially and kept bumping around the shower. Hoped to have better from the Comfort Inn name seeing as I’ve used it in other places before.

Close to the Peace Memorial
This hotel surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much. But the room was spacious and the bathroom facilities were good. The bed was a little firm for my liking and the pillow was firm as well. Even on the lowest fan setting, the HVAC was blowing a little hard. But the breakfast provided was very good, the tram station was just across the street, and the Peace Memorial was a short walk away. I would consider this hotel again if we ever make it back to this great city.

This hotel is near Hiroshima Peace Park, a destination most visitors want to see. Not only is it within walking distance, but just outside the hotel are plenty of shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed the beer & chicken next door and later learned the okonomiyaki restaurant we've been keeping a look out for happened to be only four doors away from our hotel. It's a small place, but the best okonomiyaki I've had in a long time. Comfort Hotel includes breakfast and they do a great job providing Japanese, Chinese, and Western choices. Getting to the hotel from Hiroshima station was easy too, the streetcar starts at the station and will drop you off almost in front of the hotel. Getting back is just as easy too. I would stay again.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was wonderful, and the close proximity to the Hiroshima Peace Park were all positives. The room was a little small and cramped. It was also a pretty decent distance from Hiroshima Station

The staff were extremely helpful, the room was great. Comfy bed & great choices for films.( Had u pay )The city itself is amazing& love the food. I had my first highball here, now I'm a fan ❤️ Really like the refreshing drinks at front desk, helped relieved our fatigue from the humidity. Hotel and Staff were outstanding. Breakfast great plus room and facilities meeting expectations. Room small by North American standards but well equipped. Only negative point was the TV as did not have BBC News or CNN. In the end did not matter as overall experience commendable.

Hotel has vegetarian breakfast option that is the most important thing for me. Walkable to peace memorial park and Atomic bomb dome. Carpets in the elevator needs to be replaced..

The best budget hotel that comes with free breakfast. Walkable to everything, the Dome, museum, shopping and dining. The room is very tight but clean and it’s non-smoking hotel. Theres a coffee station available all day by the reception, amenities you can pick them up by the lobby. There’s a coin laundry. There’s a seating area with books and ipad that you can use. There’s a smoking room. You only need to take the streetcar from the train station to the hotel. Very convenient.

Good for couple days, very small rooms
We stayed couple nights so it was good, it is in a great lication, steps away from the streetcar stop, and walking distance from the Peace monument and museum. Excellent restaurants nearby, excellent customer service, good breakfast. The rooms are really cramped, there is no space for big luggages, even a medium one was challenging to open the suitcase. Cleani g was good but i wonder how throughly could be in a such small space. Bathroom was smaller than a bathroom in a ferry cabin! You have to be slender to fit well there, in addition the bathtub is very high, not recommended if you have mobility issues.

Check in was painful. During our trip to Japan the only situation where our credit card was 'declined' was at this hotel despite being able to prove the transaction was approved and showing on our account statement. We ended up having to pay cash for the reservation. I lost count of the number of copies of our passports the front staff took which was a little worrying. The front staff including the manager didn't seem to know what to do or what they were actually doing
