Location, location, location!
The description regarding this unit was accurate. The pictures represented the place as it is currently decorated. It is definitely an older feel (kitchen/bathroom cabinets/ bedroom carpets, some rusted vents from the humidity, etc.) and kitchen items are definitely dated. Decor is cute and the furniture (including matresses) were in good shape. I did wash several kitchen items before using them. Surfaces were clean and the fridge was spotless! Do not expect any extra kitchen items like condiments (there was a salt and pepper shaker but the pepper was empty and I believe there was sugar) or aluminum foil/saran wrap. There were a couple of cookie sheets, pots/pans, glass oven cooking dishes, and a few pieces of Tupperware.
One thing to consider is the master bath shower- it is a bit more challenging to get in - it’s a high tub with a high step to access but not the most convenient and wouldn’t recommend to use that shower for someone older.
Unfortunately we didn’t use the deck since there were ants out there, but there are two chairs outside the front door that we did use to sit outside some! We weren’t home much since the location was FABULOUS! We biked and walked everywhere! Restaurants were all accessible without a car. We never did quite figure out the trolley but had we been there longer, we would have (trolley step VERY close by). We never even walked to see the pool because we were too busy! Communication- excellent! Overall- we would consider staying again.
