Spinnaker at Shipyard townhomes are nine-time winners of the distinguished Resort Condominiums International "Gold Crown" award for quality and service.

Available Saturday June 14 – June 21, 2025.

The villa boasts a private entrance, lovely living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a well-equipped renovated kitchen and a powder room on the first floor. A private deck with outdoor dining furniture overlooking the lagoon. The upper level has a master with king bed, vaulted ceilings and an ensuite bathroom (double sinks, shower, jetted tub, skylight) and a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. Villa also has Free WIFI, Cable TV, 2 Free Bikes, Washer & Dryer.

** Included is daily free golf green fees for up to 4-people everyday of your stay (one per day for 7 days) at your choice of 3-4 golf courses. Cart fees extra.

Great place
The very best condo in all of Spinnaker right beside the pickle ball courts, pool, etc. enjoyed the family golf after 4 pm. Only minor suggestion would be to invest in some kitchenware. Plastic cups plates etc ,but mainly some pans, cookie sheet pots etc. All in all great stay!

Amazing condo
Would definitely recommend this condo! We had an amazing stay! It was super spacious and perfect for what we needed. Close bike ride to the beach. The golf package was a major plus!
