Welcome to Hilton Head Island and the fabulous Palmetto Dunes Resort. We are pleased to share our 2 bedroom 2 bath villa with you. It is one of the larger ones in St Andrews with all rooms on the same floor. It is a second floor unit .Enjoy meals and drinks on the wraparound deck of this peaceful, private villa.

The living room is light and airy, with cathedral ceilings and wall to wall windows. Enjoy a movie or favorite television show on the 39' flat screen television, or spend some time reading or playing one of the games provided for your enjoyment. Free, secure high speed WIFI is included with your rental. There is a lovely dining area and an all stainless-steel, well appointed kitchen. You'll find fully stocked cupboards with new dishes and glassware, cookware and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer available for your convenience.

The villa sleeps 5. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 37' flat screen television, and access to the wraparound deck. The master bathroom includes a shower and full sized bathtub. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, with ample closet and drawer space along with a 32' TV. Next to the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom, with shower and bathtub. The fifth bed is a murphy bed located in an alcove off the kitchen.
The villa is professionally cleaned, inspected and ready upon your arrival. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all of our guests. The unit is smoke-free and pet-free to insure cleanliness and an allergy-free environment.
Rental includes one parking pass. A second pass is available for a fee.
With your guest pass, you will have driving and parking access to enjoy all areas of the Palmetto Dunes resort. Visit the beach, play tennis, pickle ball or golf, explore on bikes or take a leisurely walk. From April 1 - September 30th, take advantage of the free shuttle service .. 'Dunes Buggy' will pick you up at the villa and take you to Shelter Cove or anywhere in the resort, including the beach.

We are taking reservations for 2024 and look forward to sharing our 'Home away from Home' with you!

Happy with the choice!
Property was excellent, exactly as listed. We have had several rentals in the past on Hilton Head, Island and this was the best. Communications with the owner were clear and consistent, including same-day response on a question we had. We are very pleased with our stay and our only wish is that we would have stayed longer.

Home Run.
Did a lot of reading beforehand looking for a nice property to continue our week in Hilton Head (moved over from the Disney resort mid-week). Our experience @ St. Andrews Commons in Mr. Jim's condo was outstanding. The unit was very clean. Loved all of the interior lighting choices. Cooling system was great. The internet was excellent for my wife being able to do zoom calls for work. From picking up the 2 parking passes and utilizing the code for the door entry, it was a seamless operation. The condo fit our needs perfectly. Loved the family room with the ample seating. The wrap around porch was very nice. Kitchen was equipped nicely. Loved being on the second floor for the quietness. The pool area was lovely. I cannot stress enough how responsive Mr. Jim was to our questions when we were arriving at our condo decision and following up with us when we made our final preparations. You will not be disappointed if you choose this property.

I have stayed in St. Andrews more than a dozen times. This is by far the best unit I have experienced. Everything in the description was correct. Kitchen and bedrooms were well stocked. Lovely Palmetto Dunes Villa
The Villa was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful with one minor issue that we had. The furnishings were up-to-date and comfortable. The wrap-around porch/deck was comfortable and had a nice view of a pond and the golf course. It was within a very short walking distance to the pool. The owners Jim and Ellen gave us a great list of items that would assist us during our stay. We would certainly recommend this Villa.

Very well maintained condo less than 1 mile from beach in quiet neighborhood. Everything in condo unit was well maintained and the owner provided excellent instructions. Good value in palmetto dunes
Older property but well maintained, good upgrades, exceptionally equipped and excellent value. Great location for biking maybe a little less so for lots of time at beach. Offered a shuttle for beach trips but didn’t use since we were visiting family group with rental beach house in palmetto dunes. If family comes back to palmetto dunes next year, we will rent same villa if available.
