This is my favorite place to stay now. It was perfect for us with our little dog. It had a patio door to the pet area that was most convenient. I loved everything about this place and it will be my go to in Hilton head when I do not need ocean front. Pool and hot tub was nice as well as the ceiling lights in the room. Sitting area and mini kitchen was a bonus and hot breakfast was sufficient. Wish all pet friendly hotels were this nice, clean, and convenient.

We were traveling with a sick dog. We were upset and sad. The staff was understanding and kind. The facilities are excellent and it is very close to the beach. We have stayed there before and are very happy with the hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. We are local and had to get a room due to storm and power outage. Staff did everything they could to accommodate us. I believe the manager on duty’s name was Anita and she and her staff were amazing.

We booked a King Size Room, which was not available when we arrived. Got a Wueen Room instead and they would not adjust price. This place is far away from the Beach and all restaurants. You need to drive everywhere. Also, no Full length mirror in room, open closet with minimal storage

B-fast was good … a bit hectic at one hour before closing of the b-fast period. Front desk was good but a bit hard to contact as my hotel reservation did not include the number.

I stayed in the King Loft room. SO comfortable, so spacious, and I loved the bedroom in the loft, with a full bath on that level. Also loved the kitchenette with stovetop, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator - good quality pots and pans. I had a wonderful stay for 5 days/nights! Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was what you would expect for a free breakfast, on par with other hotels in the same price range. The hotel staff were pleasant, the restaurant across the road was good and the pool looked lovely. There were a few things that could be better but that’s the way it is everywhere. I will be staying there again and recommending this location to friends and family.
