The coffee was very weak and not good. Beds were uncomfortable and in the morning I found a live spider on the blanket. Windows were thin and we kept hearing car doors shut and alarms. We kept hearing the people in the room above walk around. Breakfast was toast and cheap muffins or basic yogurt which doesn’t work for lactose intolerant or health conscience diets. I think I saw two bruised bananas. We left hungry and tired.

Check in went well. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly. Although I wasn't offered a lower rate after I had agreed to take a smaller room. The hotel has a good breakfast. I liked the fact that they had boiled eggs, but they were impossible to peel. There was some extremely loud music coming out a room on the first floor, but it didn't seem anything was being done about it. And this was at 5:30 in the morning ! This contributed in my comment about being family friendly. The hotel was adequate, but I don't think I'd stay again.

Excellent customer service and engagement! There was only one mildly negative thing to mention, is that the fitness room was external to the hotel. You hve to go outside to the pool to go to the fitness room. That was little concerning from a safety perspective. But as I overall, a nice hotel and experience.

Safe, quiet hotel with very basic amenities. Very clean. I stayed three nights and the front desk staff was not visible except on my arrival. I suspect the attendant stays behind a partition wall. There is a video camera watching the desk but no way to alert staff short of shouting. Asking for help in a normal voice was not fruitful. My problem was a cold shower. It turns out the shower valve is plumbed backwards, so the farther the lever is turned toward hot the colder the water becomes. I was wide awake after my brisk shower! Also, housekeeping skipped my room after the first night which was a minimal annoyance. So not special, but clean, quiet, and safe.
